Samba Baldeh and Tania Ibarra continue the discussion of diversity in the workplace.

Continuing Here & Now's conversation on diversity in the workplace are Madison Common Council President Samba Baldeh and Tania Ibarra of the Latino Professionals Association. Ibarra says that with each rung up on the corporate ladder, the number of diverse voices gets smaller. "I think there is a lack of comfort to get into discussions of other cultures," she says.
