But it's enough to throw you in a sense of balance.
So it it casts you this way a bit.
What do you do?
You throw your left leg out.
It's strong enough to hold you up.
You didn't even hardly notice.
You stepped on the pebble Boom.
You're still on your way.
You're older, your muscles are weak.
You step on the pedal, it cash.
You over here, you throw your left leg.
Your left leg isn't strong enough to hold you.
You go down again.
It all gets back to the two things.
Walking for the benefits that it gives you and resistance training.
