Even as government technicians struggle with leaking nuclear facilities in Japan, Wisconsin Assemblyman Mark Honadel plans to introduce a bill that would lift the moratorium on new nuclear plant construction in Wisconsin. Honadel joins Here and Now to talk about this new proposal. Assembly Committee on Energy and Utilities member, democrat Brett Hulsey, also appears.
