Only about half of all youth in foster care in the U.S. graduate from high school, and just one in 10 enroll in college. But 19-year-old James Turner, raised in foster care since he was 18 months old and now a college student, is not only defying the odds -- he wants to use his education to help other foster youth overcome the same hurdles he did.
