On the heels of the WEDC deal to keep a Kimberly-Clark in the Fox Valley, Sen. Roger Roth, R-Appleton, joins Zac to discuss what went into keeping the factory in Wisconsin. Over concerns that giving the company tax credits could lead to a slippery slope, Roth says “it’s not something we do lightly,” and that Kimberly-Clark represents “an anchor business in an anchor industry.”
