It looks like 70% of sales money would go to social justice programs.

The ink's still wet on the bill that sets up the industry guidelines but, so far, it looks like 70% of sales money would go to social justice programs. The rest will fund the Cannabis Regulatory Commission and training for so-called Drug Recognition experts.
