Yeah.
I mean, the average person given the choice.
Would you like to sit on the couch and watch the latest episode of Game of Thrones or go to the go to the gym or walk on a treadmill and then lift them off like, duh.
Why would I want to do that?
I go to the gym and I applaud.
I see people I'm 78.
So so I see people there who are well, they're not my age, probably 65, but I applaud them for just being there.
But I want to go over.
But I don't and never say a word.
I go and do my thing and know.
But I watch them and they'll go over and they'll pick up a £3 dumbbell.
And, you know, it's like you're here.
You are making the sacrifice to get to the gym, do something.
You've got to challenge your muscles.
You've got to take them out of the comfort zone in order to make sure that they remain intact.
Otherwise, just going through the motions accomplishes nothing.
You have to challenge the muscles.
That means you can use lighter weight.
Okay, but not that light.
But you can use lighter weights and you can if you if you continue to exercise until you can't do it anymore, until the muscle says, I'm done for that exercise, then you have taken it all the way.
It may have taken you a while to get there.
Heavier weight you do ten times.
You can't do it anymore.
A lighter weight.
You do 30 times 40.
Okay, whatever.
But the key is you have to take the muscle out of its comfort zone in order for it to remain intact.
Otherwise, you're going to lose it.
