All right, There are ten in there.
They're interested in thing older people.
They just begin to lose interest in things because you can't do much watch TV mindlessly.
Just keep hearing how you operate during the day.
Is is is going is going to influence your mood a lot.
Right.
I mean, if you're feeling sluggish, it influences everything you do, right.
Why are you feeling sluggish?
All right.
Well, you didn't sleep well last night.
There's a reason for I'll sleep better tonight, but if the reason for it is that I am just progressively being overwhelmed by daily life, I can't keep up anymore.
All right, that's depressing.
That's depressing.
Because you're looking and saying, I used to be able to do all of these things and I can't do them anymore.
Oh, poor me.
Instead of, Well, what do I need to do to get back to some level of functioning?
We don't do it.
We absolutely don't do it.
We give in.
We absolutely just give in.
I'm getting all the excuses.
I'm getting older.
Everybody around us plays that game.
Grandpa, you're getting older.
Let me do that for, you know, give Grandpa velvety kick in the butt and do more of it, whatever it is.
What I recommend is that if you can't get to the weight room, get a box and and put X number of books on it, it's comfortable to you and put it somewhere typical, like on the corner of that table.
Every time I pass it, lift the box up, take it where I'm going, put it down.
Okay.
And it weighs £10 with every £15.
And as you get stronger and more books to it, okay, there's just a million little creative things you can do by buying a pair of dumbbells.
Just buy a pair of dumbbells and learn a couple of easy, simple exercises.
And it doesn't take any specific sort of education.
All you have to do is think about what are the movements that I do.
I move my arm like this.
Well, how about if I put away in my hand when I do that, I put my hand over my head.
How about if I put a weight in there?
How about if I hold a weight in my hands as I stand up from this chair?
I mean, it's just it just is not terribly creative thinking how to do exercises.
You don't need a personal trainer to tell you to put a weight in your hand and just move it in a normal, normal, everyday pattern.
But but the key is challenging yourself.
That's what the muscles love.
That's what keeps them intact.
That's what keeps them functioning to the level that you need to function.
The moment you decide, I'm not doing that anymore, the muscles are breaking.
Okay, we quit.
Do we quit?
