Addressing reporters today, President Biden acknowledged he may have to break up parts of his signature Build Back Better bill, in order to get it through Congress. Some of the social components of the bill would have the biggest impact on parents -- universal pre-kindergarten, child care subsidies and a one-year child tax credit extension.
