With the 10-year anniversary of the Great Lakes Compact approaching, environmental reporter Ron Seely discusses his reporting on the impact that the compact has had on the health of the lakes. Seeley says the orchestrators of the compact largely believe it is working. He stresses the importance of the lakes as well, saying that they are the largest source of fresh water in the world.
