Todd Berry of the Wisconsin Taxpayer Alliance discusses the GOP tax plan signed into law this week. He says the average Wisconsinite will fall below the cap on state and local tax deductions, and expects many to take advantage of the increased standard deduction. Berry believes the personal tax cuts, set to expire in 2025, are likely to remain. "Congress doesn't undo tax cuts usually," he says.
