NJ labor department will soon offer in-person unemployment assistance, by appointment
U.S. employers added 678,000 jobs in February — the most since July 2021 — according to the latest data from the U.S. Department of Labor. The unemployment rate dropped to 3.8% -- lower than originally expected. The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development announced it will offer in-person unemployment assistance at one-stop career centers by appointment, starting March 28.
