Customers are clearing shelves of bottled water after a chemical spill Saturday in Otter Creek, a few miles upstream of the Delaware River. State and federal officials say they’re closely monitoring water quality and so far New Jersey is not affected nor are Philadelphia and Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where the spill originated.
