It's me, your main man with the meal plan, Zach Lunch.
This is my paper pup, Doggie Bag.
(barking) We dig healthy food and loud music.
(upbeat rock music) And nothing's healthier than a monstrous mound of vegetables.
- [Kids] Boo!
- What?
You think vegetables are gross?
Well, you're wrong.
Let me tell you why.
Vegetables are just plant parts like leaves and stocks and roots that taste good.
One to three cups of vegetables like cauliflower and beans and the vitamins they provide are the heart of a healthy diet.
So what are you going to do the next time you come face to face with a buffet of beautanical beauty?
(barking) Oh, that's right, Doggie.
Crank up the volume on those vegetables and make a meal to remember.
You'll be glad you did.
