In Early March of 2022, and within just a few hours of each other, the Sioux Valley boys punched their ticket to the state basketball tournament, and the SDSU men won the Summit League tournament championship. Dillon Gross just happens to be on staff with both programs, and was with both teams when they won their respected games.
