South African jazz band Uhadi's performances will honor Nelson Mandela's life and work.

Renowned South African jazz band Uhadi makes its US debut at Jazz at Lincoln Center. With musical direction from saxophonist McCoy Mrubata, Uhadi includes trumpeter Feya Faku, pianist Paul Hanmer, bassist Herbie Tsoaeli, and drummer Justin Badenhorst. They will be joined by mezzo-soprano Sibongile Khumalo, one of South Africa's most celebrated and beloved vocal divas.
