President Trump held a contentious news conference Friday in which he downplayed issues with testing for COVID-19 and promised further executive action to fight the pandemic. Meanwhile, the Senate is rushing to draft a third coronavirus relief bill -- but questions are being raised about personal financial decisions by some senators.
