Bullying policy in schools, tech school scholarship

HIV testing, boating while under the influence and the Governor's education initiative were all issues that took center stage. House Bill 1223 which deals with the tax on handling fees religious organizations pay. Requiring schools to adopt a bullying policy was voted on while a new accountability system for students received a favorable vote from Senators.
