A Hawaiian far from home finds a feeling of aloha by sharing his culture & music.

Joseph Peter Kaanoipono Ahuna III was an attorney in Hawaii. A career-change choice brought him to graduate school at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. He gives ukulele lessons, and, with his family, performs a cultural music and dance program at various community events. Sharing what you have, he says, is how you get that feeling of aloha, no matter where you may be.
